Week 68: Lots of teaching and some soccer too!

hey
Sorry, that I did not write yesterday. The Cyber was full of little kids playing games on the computer so my companion and I decided to come back today.
I am jealous that you guys got to go to the temple. I also saw a picture of Jasen at the temple. I just want to go…wish we had a temple in our mission, but I'll just have to wait.

Well this week went really well for us. We were able to have many lessons, find a few new investigators and receive some references from the members here. Also we are really excited for Yussen because he will be getting baptized next saturday. We have his interview scheduled for this Friday and we know that he is going to do fine because we have already asked him all the questions for the baptismal interview.

It was really fun yesterday because I organized a big soccer game for the zone. We had 12 Elders and we played in this big sports area that is here in Mochis. Then we all went to the house in Macapule to shower, then we took a taxi to go to Carls Jr. But when we got there, we found that the entire other zone was there. So it was pretty fun to see all the other missionaries. There is also a new missionary in our district. His name is Elder Rogers. I have always wanted to see a greenie in action. He is still struggling to learn spanish, but that is what happens to everyone their first week.

We also have a zone conference with the president this thursday so that should be fun.

And we have some good investigators right now, but none of them went to church this week. :( But we are still happy because we have someone that is going to get baptized soon :).

I love you so much.
Elder Snyder

P.S. I will send a better picture of all the Elders that played soccer next week. My companion forgot to bring his camera this week.
